Low detail stadium Objects

All these objects were made to go into my battle arena, they are all very simple and basic.

Moving the Battle Arena into Unity

Now that I had the model finished it was time to put it into unity, this is what it first looked like without textures.

I went for a different textures then my original plan in Maya, I thought my last textures look dark and horrible and didn't match well.
I am much happier with these textures I feel like they blend in better and its matches the colour scheme of a coliseum better.

Column

A column made a uni
doing this task help me get betting at using some of maya's tools

Battle Arena

I wanted to create a Colosseum for my battle arena, my design idea was to make it old and broken a massive chunk of the Colosseum would be missing and that's where you would view inside whilst playing the game.

I started of by making a pillar to create the shape of the arena once I had one working piece I could use the basic shape to create the main structure of the building.
I then went onto create the first tier, I also added stone slabs to give it a little bit more depth. I am happy with the outcome I think was a good start to the Colosseum.
I then added the second tier as well as some rubble, this gave me a good idea on how to pursue the opening I am happy with the outcome.
I then added 2 more tiers, i knew that i wanted the walling to be less consistent to represent damage over time so I only used the pillars to create a outline. it was time to add more detail.
I added broken walls to fill gaps and other objects to try and fill up empty space, at the same time in didn't want to make it to clustered so you could see the game play with ease.
 This is the front view.
To finish up I added the texture, I am not to happy with the textures used I feel like I could have done a lot better on this part of the project but with that said I think it looks ok.
This picture shows the lighting and the final render of the building.
 Inside view of the textures.
Final render of the inside.

Here are the textures that I used

Conclusion
I am happy with the structure of the building but I would have liked more detail to the walls and other structures. I could have done a lot better with the textures i feel like they are quite dull and not very innovative. overall i am happy with the final outcome but I wish I spent more time on it.

Human Anatomy

This is my perception of the human anatomy. The image is split into three different areas of the anatomy. The left side of the image depicts a male figure, showing  and labelling the muscles within the body. Whereas, the right side of the image depicts a female figure, this is evident where the womb is positioned, and shows the organs within the body. The third section (bottom right) shows the skeleton and human bone structure., as well as the right side of the face (skull).

I am very happy with my outline of the human anatomy as it has taken a lot of effort, and a long time to complete. I thought very carefully about where to split the different sections of the anatomy and tried to depict a wide range of organisms within this piece.

Steam Punk

My steampunk idea was a poisonous mosquito, this was my first rough sketch I liked the concept so i decided to choose this idea for my steam punk creation.  The idea was that it can be controlled, it would have a camera light and engine on top of the mosquito.
I then went into photoshop and I cleaned it up, I wanted it to look sharp and ridged. I am somewhat happy with the outcome however I feel like its to simple, I think it could do with a lot more detail to enhance the steampunk look but i struggled finding places to add detail like cogs and more detailed wings.

I am not too happy with the final outcome, there is a lot more that could be done such as creating perspective and adding more detail but due to software troubles and opportunities to use this software i wasn't able to.

The Ally

I found this lesson fun, it just takes a small amount of time to get the general idea on how it works. its good to know a fast efficient way to texture environments.

Steam Punk

My steam punk character is based of Blitzcrank from League of Legends, the perspective is horrible and its a very simple picture, i'm not happy with the outcome of this although i do like the overall concept I know i could do a lot better

Game Models

 Coin Pickup
This is a pickup for our game which allows you to get a better high score

The Missile
we are going to use this for the projectiles (bullets) in our game. textures still need to be added but im happy with this model.

The Terrain
This is our main environment, it will be textured and reused to create the structure of our game.
Enemy Plane
This is the enemy AI, it is a nice small plane model. simple enough but gets the job done.
This is our player model, i wanted to go for a futuristic fighter jet, it came out ok but I want to add more detail to the back because that's mostly what you see in the game.

Life drawing/ Sketches

This sketch is of my friend Joe, it turned out ok but I need to change the eyes, they are a bit offset due to him moving a lot but i'm happy with the final outcome.
This is a sketch of my friend Irwin, it came out alright but the shape of his head is out.
This is just a random drawing that I did to tr and give me a better idea on face proportions.

Character Model

This was the original model that I created for my character.

This was the finished model of my first attempt, it was quite messy and hard to uv map so i decided to remake it.

this was my finished model attempt two.

The model is a lot better however quite ridged, the uv mapping was a lot better but due to not having my computer available to me i was unable to completely finish it for the time being. I do plan to continue this once i have everything available to me again.
